- It takes about 3-4 Hours on average to complete most of the tours with pickup and drop off from Dubai. It may take more time when rides are booked for more than 1 hour.

- Minimum age for driver 15+. However, riders with minimum of 5 years can be seated on passenger side.
- Please note that the price is per vehicle.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- The car will wait at pickup location for a maximum of 15 minutes later than the pickup time given.
- Pickups and transfers are shared with other guests unless a private transfer is booked for an additional cost.
- Additional services like dune bashing and camel ride are available upon request with extra charges.
