Payment and cancellation

Is the price per person or per car?
Per car, one way. AED 250 from DXB to your Dubai hotel, AED 250 from your hotel to DXB, and AED 400 between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Tolls and bottled water are included.
How many people fit in the car?
Up to 7 passengers. Every transfer is a private 7-seater car, and the price is for the whole car. For 8 or more, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a second car.
Where do I meet my driver at DXB?
In the arrivals hall after baggage claim. Your driver holds a sign with your name and messages you on WhatsApp before you land with where to find them.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. If your flight time changes, message us on WhatsApp with your booking ref and we’ll move the pickup.
How early should I book a drop-off for my flight?
For international flights, most guests leave their hotel about 3 hours before departure. Add a little extra at rush hour, between 7 and 9 AM and 5 and 8 PM.
Do you go to Sharjah airport or Al Maktoum (DWC)?
Message us on WhatsApp with your route and we’ll quote you. The prices on this page are for DXB and Dubai ⇄ Abu Dhabi.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Book your arrival and your departure as two transfers, or send both on WhatsApp and we’ll set them up together.
How do I pay?
