Yes. Free pickup and drop-off from any hotel or apartment in Dubai is included in every package. Sharjah is also free. For Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah pickups, a small surcharge applies — WhatsApp us with your hotel name and we'll send an exact quote.

Pickup is between 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM depending on your hotel's distance from the desert. You're back at your hotel by 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Total experience: 6 to 7 hours.

Yes. The buffet always has both veg and non-veg options. We can also accommodate vegan, halal (always), Jain, gluten-free, and most allergies. Just mention any dietary need at booking — the kitchen prepares accordingly.

Children of all ages are welcome at the camp. For dune bashing specifically: kids under 3 aren't permitted in the vehicle, and we strongly advise pregnant guests, anyone with serious back, neck or heart conditions to skip that portion (you'll go straight to camp by a calmer route). Camp, dinner, shows, camel ride and sandboarding are open to everyone. Kids under 3 are free; ages 3–12 get 25% off.

Light, comfortable clothing — cotton works best. Closed-toe shoes for sandboarding (sand gets hot mid-day, rough on bare feet). From November to March, bring a light jacket or shawl — desert evenings get cool. Sunglasses, a small bag for valuables, and your phone charger are useful. We provide everything else.
